At this time of year and going into the winter months our energy levels can dip a little so the following is a great booster. As the fruits are not available throughout the year try freezing them to use when needed.
Ingredients:
A tub of
Blueberries
A tub of Strawberries
A tub of Blackberries
A
tub of Raspberries
A tub of Pomegranate seeds
A tablespoon of Honey
A
medium sized tub of natural low fat yogurt
A Tablespoon of Coconut.
Add 2 to 3 Apples
Add 2 to 3 Apples
Method:
Add all the ingredients
to a blender and zap until consistency is smooth. Have a glass immediately
and then add the rest to empty yoghurt or humous pots and freeze till
needed.
